Centerpointe Mortgage Services, Inc. charges a flat loan fee of $995.00 to each client. This fee applies to all loan types and combinations currently available through us except the following: Custom Construction and Remodel loans, Manufactured Home-Land packages, and Standalone Second Mortgages. The $995.00 Flat Loan Fee does not cover any other loan charges or third party costs such as title, appraisal, underwriting, escrow, recording, etc.
